Kneading Trough

DESCRIPTION:

Entirely built in stainless steel AISI 304, the kneading troughs are projected to contain farinose foodstuffs, generally used in confectioner’s shops, bakeries, pizza-restaurants, ice-cream shops etc. These machineries represent the ideal complement for working tables and for the alimentary workrooms fitting out.

All the edges are rounded and the solderings are laminated and removed, both on the inside and on the outside. Thanks to these expedients the product is very easy to wash and to sterilize, according to the hygienic and sanitary HACCP measures. Available in different models and capacities.

Under request, the kneading trough can be supplied with Inox tap.
